All services are provided on a fixed-fee basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including drawings, site details, planning references and any relevant council guidance. We rely on the information you provide to prepare your CMP or CLP and cannot be held responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information
Fees are agreed on a fixed-fee basis prior to commencing work. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quotation. All fees are payable regardless of the outcome of the planning application
Minor revisions are included where required to address reasonable planning officer or highway authority comments, provided they relate to the original scope of the commission. Significant changes to the scope of the project or design may require an additional fee.
Our standard turnaround time is typically 3–5 working days from receipt of all required information. Turnaround times are indicative and may vary depending on project complexity and information availability
Our services are limited to the preparation of CMPs and CLPs for planning purposes only. We do not provide construction supervision or site management services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the fee paid for the relevant service.
